The Tunisian Ministry of Interior stated that the Minister Kamel Feki had yesterday, Monday, a telephone conversation with his Italian counterpart, Matteo Piantedosi.

During this conversation, the two sides reviewed the existing relations of partnership and cooperation between the two ministries, especially in the field of immigration and organized crime.

This phone call also represented a new occasion for the two parties to affirm their sincere will and firm determination to consolidate the bilateral relations and raise them to the highest levels, including confirming the depth of the historical relations between the two countries, according to the same source.

The two ministers praised the impressive results that are being achieved in the field of irregular migration and the extent of the completion of organized projects and agreements between the parties.
