The Tunisian Minister of Cultural Affairs, Hayat Katat Guermazi, confirmed that the Carthage Film Festival (JCC) will become once every two years: a year in which preparations are made and a year in which events are held, which was the case before 2014.

The Minister added, during her hosting on the National Tv channel yesterday, Monday, 07 November, that a consultation will be launched for the people of the sector.
