Tunisian Head of Government, Ahmed Hachani, received a phone call on Tuesday morning, July 9, 2024, from his Libyan counterpart, Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh.

The call was part of the ongoing tradition of consultation and coordination between the two countries.

During the conversation, both sides praised the distinguished fraternal relations between Tunisia and Libya and emphasized the need to further support the path of cooperation in all fields, especially in the economic and commercial sectors.

The leaders also expressed their satisfaction with the resumption of activity at the Ras Ajdir border crossing, which is considered a vital economic, commercial, and cultural link between the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
