The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad stated that the Minister Mr. Nabil Ammar received today April 5, 2023, at the ministry’s headquarters, the Ambassadors of Pakistan and Sudan to Tunisia.

The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Tunisia, Mr. Tahir Hussein Andrabi handed the Tunisian Minister a letter of congratulations from his Pakistani counterpart, Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, for his recent appointment by the President of the Republic

and the meeting was an opportunity to review the bilateral cooperation projects, and the joint will to further develop them in many fields in a way to reflect the special historic relations between the two sides.

Later on, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad also received the Ambassador of the Republic of the Sudan to Tunisia, Mr. Ahmed Abdel Wahed, who congratulated him on his recent appointment.

During this meeting, the importance of strengthening fruitful cooperation between Tunisia and Sudan and expanding its fields to priority sectors such as agriculture was emphasized, by employing the important capabilities available in the two countries, in addition to working to activate the mechanisms of bilateral cooperation.
