TRANSAVIA will launch at the end of October 2023 its first flights from Paris to Tozeur-Nefta International Airport, the Tourism Ministry said today, Wednesday. The announcement follows a virtual meeting held by the Minister of Tourism, Mohamed El Moez Belhussein, with the airline's Chief Commercial Officer Nicolas Henin.
This decision is the end result of a long process which started last February, including a series of meetings between Belhussein and senior managers of TRANSAVIA and AIRFRANCE as well as promotional campaigns carried out by the ministry and the National Tourist Board to develop the Tunisia destination.
