Tunisian swimmer Ayoub Hafnaoui has just been crowned world champion in the 1500-meter free swim today, Sunday, July 30, 2023, with 14’31’’54 slightly overtaking the American Robert Finke (14’31’’59) and the Australian Samuel Jack Short (14’37’’28) in the World Swimming Championships (Fukuoka - Japan 2023).

During this championship, Ayoub Hafnaoui has also been crowned as world champion in 400-meter free swim, and world champion in 800-meter free swim as well.
