13 people died and 486 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 522 occasions: 53 for extinguishing fire, 117 for rescue and ambulance and 341 for non-traffic accidents.
