Tunisia has exported 70 thousand tons of commercial phosphate to international markets since the start of 2023, against 90 thousand tons in 2022.

The Gafsa Phosphate Company (CPG) is preparing to ship 40 thousand tons of commercial phosphate to the Indonesian market, CPG information officer Ali Houchati told TAP.

Exports to this market has stopped since 2010 to the benefit of the domestic market, he told TAP.
