The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad stated that the Minister, Nabil Ammar, will pay a working visit to Iraq on May 11 and 12.
He will chair the 17th session of the Tunisian-Iraqi Joint Commission, with his Iraqi counterpart, Fouad Hussein.
The Commission will shed light on ways to boost cooperation between the two countries, according to the same source.
During the visit, the two officials will sign several agreements with the aim of enriching the legal framework governing bilateral relations.
The minister will be accompanied by a delegation from various ministries and official structures as well as a large number of business leaders and economic players.
A Tunisian-Iraqi economic forum will be held during the event.
