The sixth edition of the international conference "Financing investment and trade in Africa" (FITA2023) will be held in Tunis on May 3 and 4, 2023, with the participation of no less than 750 African and international CEOs from over 50 countries.
Initiated by the Tunisian-African Business Council (TABC), FITFA 2023 aims to position Tunisia on the trade, energy and digital route to sub-Saharan Africa.
FITA aims to be one of the most important meetings in Africa and a space of exchange to develop business, seek financing and build solid partnerships, according to the council.
In fact, TABC expects to organize 3,000 Business to Business (BtoB) and Business to Government (BtoG) meetings.
This sixth edition will notably discuss the global energy crisis and how Africa is able to offer viable alternatives in terms of food security in Africa and the development of Inter-African Trade and the role of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
The event will also discuss digital transformation in Africa, the advancement of the Trans-Saharan Highway as a lever for economic development and the role of private equity and investment funds in financing structuring projects in Africa.
