The Tunisian Ministry of National Defense stated that the Minister Mr. Imed Memmich, received today, Monday, November 14, 2022, at the ministry headquarters, the French Ambassador to Tunisia, Mr. André Parant.

This meeting was essentially about the preparations for the 29^th session of the Joint Tunisian-French military commission to be held from November 15 to 17 in Tunis

It was also an opportunity to stress the importance of strengthening military cooperation between the two countries, according to a press release by the ministry.

The Tunisian Minister praised the existing military cooperation between Tunisia and France, and stressed the need to develop it in the areas of training and exchange of expertise.

For his part, the French Ambassador expressed his country's readiness to expand military cooperation with Tunisia.
