The 34th edition of the Carthage Film Festival (JCC in french) has been cancelled, the Tunisian Ministry of Cultural Affairs announced on Thursday evening.

The ministry affirmed that this decision was taken "in solidarity with our Palestinian brothers and in light of the dire humanitarian conditions in Gaza and all the occupied Palestinian territories due to the brutal Zionist aggression".
