Defense Minister to the Ukrainian Ambassador: Tunisia supports initiatives to maintain peace and security in the world.

 

The Minister of National Defense Mr.Imad Memmish received today, Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at the ministry headquarters, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Tunisia Mr.Volodymyr Khomanets.

During this meeting, the repercussions of the ongoing war on Tunisian students enrolled in Ukrainian universities and Tunisian citizens residing in this European country were discussed.

The Minister of National Defense also affirmed Tunisia's alignment with international legitimacy, its firm stance calling for the peaceful resolution of disputes, and its constant readiness to support initiatives to maintain peace and security in the world.
