The organization of the 22nd session of the Tunisian-Algerian High Joint Commission was at the focus of a meeting held yesterday, Tuesday, at the Kasbah Palace, between the Head of Government Ahmed Hachani and the Algerian Ambassador in Tunis Azzouz Baâlal.

The Head of the Tunisian Government praised the historic relations between the two countries based on ties of brotherhood and good neighborliness as well as a strong willingness to establish a strategic partnership that would benefit both nations, stated the Tunisian Government.

The Algerian Ambassador congratulated Hachani on his new appointment and  conveyed the greetings of his Algerian counterpart Aymen Ben Abderrahmen and his will to meet him as soon as possible.

Early next October, Algiers will host the 22nd session of the Tunisian-Algerian High Joint Commission.

The works of the previous session took place on March 9, 2017 in Tunis.
