The Tunisian Government stated that the Head of Government, Mrs.Najla Bouden, received yesterday morning, January 03, 2023, at Al Kasbah Palace, the Head of the National Union of Tunisian Women (UNFT in french), Mrs. Radhia Jerbi.

During this meeting the Tunisian Head of Government pointed out the importance of the role that the National Union of Tunisian Women (UNFT) could play in curbing the repercussions of the economic and social crisis on the Tunisian family, by recalling the union's key role throughout history.

For her part, Mrs. Jerbi affirmed the Union's willingness to support the State's efforts and to support the Tunisian women to be active in all fields.

Later on the afternoon, The Head of Government also received the Head of the Tunisian Union of Agriculture and Fisheries (UTAP in french), Mr.Noureddine Ben Ayed.

Mrs. Bouden expressed her positive interaction with the proposals of the agricultural organization to resolve many problems, calling for further consultation in various files and problems related to the agricultural and marine fishing sectors, in order to preserve and protect production systems and ensure their resilience.
