The warning notices are effective for fishing and navigation, and the sea is very turbulent.

The weather is partly cloudy in the most of the regions, and heavily cloudy in the afternoon with scattered rains at night in the extreme north.

The temperatures remain unchanged between 15 and 21 degrees, and around 12 degrees in the western highlands.
