The Tunisian Minister of Tourism, Mohamed El Moez Belhussein, made this morning, Wednesday, May 11, 2022, a visit to a number of traditional industries shops in the city center of Tozeur, accompanied by the governor of the region, Mr. Mohamed Ayman Bjaoui, according to the Ministry of Tourism.

During this visit, the Minister spoke with the craftsmen and listened to their concerns and the proposed solutions to develop their activities at the local, national and international levels

This visit coincides with the gradual return of the tourist activity to the country and the city of Tozeur, where this return will contribute also to the recovery of the traditional industries' sector after the two-years outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
