On September 16, 2024, Tunisia and Libya agreed to update their memorandum of understanding (MoU) on employment and vocational training.

Tunisia’s Minister of Employment, Riadh Shoued, and Libya’s Minister of Labor, Ali Al-Abed Al-Ridha, signed the agreement to organize joint training programs, exchange expertise, and connect job seekers with opportunities in both countries.

The agreement also includes plans to receive job offers from Libyan companies and promote collaboration between training centers, supporting both public and private sectors.
