On the sidelines of his participation in the 36^th ordinary session of the African Union (AU), the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar had a meeting, on Sunday, February 19, 2023, in Addis Ababa, with the Presidential Envoy of the Republic of Korea JANG Sung-min.

The Korean official expressed his country's will to boost bilateral relations and consolidate the strategic partnership," according to a statement by the ministry.

Jang Sung-min said his country is looking forward to seeing President Saied in the Korean-African Summit scheduled in 2024.

The two officials also called for the implementation of the projects signed.

During the meeting, Director General of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) gave an overview of the projects implemented in Tunisia as well as the future planned projects.
