During his visit to Kuwait on July 16, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, held a working meeting with the General Director of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Walid Chamlan Al-Bahr, stated the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.

The Tunisian Minister  praised the level of existing cooperation between Tunisia and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, which is considered one of the first Arab funds to support our country in its development path since the 1960s, given the high level of brotherly ties that exist between Tunisia and the State of Kuwait.

The meeting was also an opportunity for the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad to present an overview of the new 2023-2025 Development Plan, which adopts a new development approach that will reduce development gaps between Tunisian regions and contribute to increasing the capacity of the labor market to absorb jobseekers.

From his side, the General Director of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development praised the level of cooperation and reiterated the Fund's support for all programs and proposals presented by Tunisia to enhance its development path.
