The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad stated that the Minister Nabil Ammar, met on July 17, 2023, in Abu Dhabi, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, , where the meeting discussed the distinguished Tunisian-Emirati relations, and ways to further enhance joint cooperation in various fields, especially economic, commercial and investment.

The Tunisian Minister expressed his satisfaction with the positive momentum and the distinguished pattern of contacts and visits between senior officials of the two countries, stressing the need for more work to advance bilateral relations to the best levels, in a way that serves the interests of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and good preparation for the upcoming bilateral agenda.

In this context, he appreciated the willingness of the brotherly United Arab Emirates to further strengthen relations with our country in various fields of cooperation, based on the potentials and promising partnership opportunities available in the two countries, especially in the economic and investment fields.

From his side, the Emirati Foreign Minister expressed his pride in the long-standing Tunisian-Emirati brotherly relations, expressing keenness to further strengthen and develop them in various areas of common interest in the interest of the two brotherly countries, stressing his country's support for Tunisia, and its readiness to further develop relations and give new impetus to them in all aspects.
