Tunisian Head of Government met with Algerian President

The Tunisian Head of Government, Ahmed Hachani, was received yesterday, evening, by the  Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the El Mouradia Palace.

The meeting took place at the end of a working visit to Algeria by the Tunisian delegation led by Hachani to attend the 22nd session of the Tunisian-Algerian High Joint Committee, stated the Tunisian Government.

This meeting with the Algerian President was an occasion to gain more insight for further strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between Tunisia and Algeria.

The discussion also focused on the President's stance on a number of regional and international issues of common interest, which "is consistent with the positions and views of the Tunisian President Kais Saied".

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, Minister of the Interior, Kamel Feki, and Tunisian Ambassador to Algeria, Romdhane Fayedh.

Following his meeting with the Algerian President, the Head of Government visited the Mujahideen Museum, where he recited Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs of the Algerian liberation movement and signed the museum Golden Book.
