2. Josephine Barbara FRANTZEN, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
3. Mansour Khaled Ahmed Al-Omar, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait.
4. François Dumont, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium.
5. Teemu Ilmari SEPONEN, Ambassador of the Republic of Finland.
6. Lajos MILE, Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary.
