18 people died and 426 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Friday, July 1, 2022.

The same source stated that the civil protection unites intervened in 478 occasions including rescue, ambulance and firefighting. He also noted that 95 interventions were about extinguishing fires.
