The Tunisian Presidency stated on its Facebook page that The President, Kais Saied, had a phone call, Today, June 24, 2022, with the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank Walter Steinmeier.

During this phone conversation, many topics were touched upon, including the current global situation after the COVID-19 pandemic, and the effects of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the production and distributions of grains.

The both sides also praised the distinguished relations between the Tunisia and Germany since the beginning of the sixties of the last century till now.

They also discussed the possibility of opening new horizons of further development of cooperation and establishing many projects in the future.
