The head of the Free Destourian Party, Abir Moussi, confirmed, yesterday, April 28, 2022, in a media statement in Kairouan that the electoral path chosen by the President of the Tunisian Republic is wrong and outside the law.

She considered that the president's behavior in legislation and laws is arbitrary, and "the electoral path that he launched is tricked and will lead to fraud," according to her.

Abir Moussi indicated that the president Kais Saied refused to leave Chapter 80 of the constitution  and dissolved Parliament, in addition to his desire to continue dominating the political life and accumulate power.
