Yesterday, Thursday, October 19, 2023, the World Aquatics (formely known as FINA), announced, through its official accounts on social media, the candidates list for the Best Swimmer Award for the year 2023.

The Tunisian world and Olympic champion, Ahmed Ayoub Hafnawi, is included among the three candidates.

Hafnaoui is competing to win the award, together with the French Leon Marchand and the Chinese Haiyang Qin.
