Today, Saturday, May 07, 2022, and during the celebration of the International Labor Day, the Head of the Tunisian Government, Najla Bouden confirmed that the state has succeeded in paying off its internal and external debts and paying wages on time, in addition to securing the necessary needs of basic foodstuffs and confronting cross-border smuggling and illegal speculation.

Najla Bouden also added that despite the very critical situation in which the government began its activities since its inauguration in October 2021, it was able to succeed and took serious and positive steps.

The Head of Government indicated that the state has also succeeded in securing the minimum level of social needs and in providing an "acceptable" reserve of foreign currency, adding that the government was able to deal flexibly with various complex situations despite the delicate period.
