10 people died and 387 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Thursday, January 4, 2024.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 415 occasions: 32 for extinguishing fire, 99 for rescue and ambulance and 275 for non-traffic accidents.
