10 people died and 420 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 500 occasions: 77 for extinguishing fire, 129 for rescue and ambulance, and 285 for non-traffic accidents.
