11 people died and 320 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Monday, July 1, 2024.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 407 occasions: 87 for extinguishing fire, 119 for rescue and ambulance, 189 for non-traffic accidents, and 12 for the rest.
