12 people died and 320 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Monday, January 09, 2023.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 330 occasions: 26 for extinguishing fire, 115 for rescue and ambulance on the roads, and 184 for non-traffic accidents.
