13 people died and 373 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Friday, August 25, 2023.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 429 occasions: 56 for extinguishing fire, 118 for rescue and ambulance and 239 for non-traffic accidents.
