13 people died and 481 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Friday, January 18, 2024.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 479 occasions: 29 for extinguishing fire, 115 for rescue and ambulance and 331 for non-traffic accidents.
