17 people died and 295 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Monday, April 29, 2024.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 320 occasions: 32 for extinguishing fire, 91 for rescue and ambulance and 182 for non-traffic accidents.
