17 people died and 384 others were injured in various accidents during the past 24 hours, according to the spokesman of the Civil Protection on Friday, December 15, 2023.

The same source stated that the civil protection units intervened in 393 occasions: 23 for extinguishing fire, 120 for rescue and ambulance and 238 for non-traffic accidents.
