COVID-19: Number of infections on rise with stable deaths

The Tunisian Health Ministry said Yesterday, February 7, 2023, that the number of COVID-19 cases increased to 121 from January 30 to February 5, against 78 in the previous week.

The test positivity rate stands at 11.77%, after 1,028 tests were made during the same period, the same source added.

The Health Ministry also recorded 4 deaths during the same period, bringing the toll from the pandemic to 29,312, since its outbreak in March 2020.

Moreover, 13 more patients were admitted to public and private health facilities.
