
Enfidha-Hammamet Airport: the arrival of more than 16000 tourists
The regional delegate of tourism in Sousse, Taoufik Al-Gaied, stated that the number of tourist flights arrived at Enfidha-Hammamet International Airport, since the resumption of air traffic at the airport on February 18, until yesterday, Thursday, has reached 102 flights coming from many destinations, carrying more than 16 thousand customers from different European nationalities. The most of them are British, Belgian, Polish, Czech, Swiss and Bulgarian, with an average of 30 tourist trips per week.
In a statement to TAP, Al-Gaied added, today, Friday, May 6, 2022, that the frequent arrival of these tourists confirms the return of demand for the Tunisian tourist destination after the downturn in the global tourism market due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
