The Tunisian Government stated that the Head of Government, Mrs. Najla Bouden, received today, January 10, 2023, at Al-Kasbah Palace, the Italian Ambassador to Tunisia, Fabrizio Saggio.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the progress of bilateral projects and ways to strengthen cooperation ties between the two countries, according to a statement by the Tunisian Government.

For his part, the Italian Ambassador expressed his country's support for Tunisia in its negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and in its reform process.
