The Tunisian Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy, Mrs.Nayla Nouira Gonji, received on Friday evening, June 3, 2022 at the Ministry headquarters, a high-level delegation from the leading Japanese car manufacturing campany "Toyota", led by the CEO for North Africa Mr.Otsuka Shinshiro, and that in the presence of the Director General of laboratory industries Mr.Fethi Sahlawi.

During this meeting, the company's program and business plan to invest in Tunisia and to manufacture hybrid and environmentally friendly cars were reviewed and discussed.

From her part, the Tunisian Minister affirmed the readiness of the Ministry to support all economic partners and investors, develop the automotive industry with all its components, and stimulate investment in this sector, especially smart and used cars for alternative energies.
