
Putin: dialogue is only possible if all of our conditions are accepted
In a summary of the call, which came "under the initiative of Germany", the Kremlin clarified that "Moscow is open to dialogue with the Ukrainian side and all those seeking peace in Ukraine, only on the condition that all the Russian demands are accepted". The Kremlin also declared that " Russia expressed its hope that Kyiv representatives would take a logical and constructive position during the third round of talks".
According to the Kremlin, Putin added to Shultz that Russian forces are not bombing Ukrainian cities, and that these accusations are just "fabricated".
It is noteworthy that among the Russian demands: Ukraine’s adoption of neutrality, and giving up nuclear. Denazification in Ukraine, recognition of Russia’s annexation of Crimea and of the sovereingty of the separatist regions in the east of Ukraine.
