The Tunisian President, Kais Saied, received the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Tunisia, Saad Bin Nasser Al-Homidi, at the Carthage Palace, last Friday, at the end of his mission to Tunisia.

The President of the Republic expressed his deep appreciation for the efforts made by the Qatari Ambassador to consolidate bilateral relations, stated the Tunisian Presidency.

He stressed Tunisia’s keenness to further strengthen ties of brotherhood, cooperation and partnership with the State of Qatar in various fields.

For his part, the Qatari Ambassador expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Head of State and the Tunisian authorities for the support he received to carry out his duties in the best conditions.

He reiterated his country’s readiness to continue strengthening and diversifying its relations with Tunisia in the common interest of the two countries and peoples.
