The spokesperson for the General Administration of the National Guard confirmed today, Wednesday, August 03, 2022, that units belonging to the maritime regions of the National Guard in the north, the coast and the center managed, during the night between August 02 and 03, to thwart 05 crossings of the maritime border surreptitiously and rescue a number of 25 irregular immigrants, including 08 of different African nationalities, and the rest are Tunisians, in the context of addressing the phenomenon of irregular immigration.

The Public Prosecution has authorized to take what was necessary in their regard.
