The director of Sigma Conseil Prospecting Company, Hassan Zarkouni, revealed when he attended yesterday evening, on Al-Wataniya Channel 1, that the percentage of voters on the new draft constitution amounted to 92.3 percent, compared to 7.7 percent who voted “no”, noting that the total percentage of voters reached 25 percent of the registered in the elections.
