The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad, stated that the Minister, Othman Jerandi, received at the Ministry Headquarters, the German Ambassador to Tunisia, Peter Prügel.

During this meeting the two sides reviewed the existing cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them.

On this occasion, the Minister praised the strength of the friendship and cooperation relations between Tunisia and Germany, and the continuous support provided by the German partner to support the development efforts in Tunisia in light of the economic reforms program announced by the government, which enhances the capacity of the Tunisian economy and stimulates social growth.

From his part, the German ambassador highlighted Germany's constant readiness to stand by Tunisia, and further support the economic and social development programs.
