The Head of Government calls for more Belgian investments in Tunisia

The Tunisian Government stated that yesterday, January 25, 2023, the Head Of Government, Mrs. Najla Bouden Ramdan, received , at Al Kasbah Palace, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Beglium to Tunisia, Mr. François Dumont.

During this bilateral meeting, the Head of Government called on Belgian companies to invest in Tunisia, saying that the new Finance Law provides for incentives for foreign investors, especially in the green economy sector, adding that Tunisia has skilled youths to attract investors, calling, in this context, for the implementation of a joint plan on circular migration.

She also urged Belgians to come and discover Tunisia as a tourist destination.

For his part, the Belgian ambassador to Tunisia expressed his country's readiness to continue supporting Tunisia in various sectors.

He stressed his commitment to encourage Belgian companies to invest more in Tunisia and to attract Tunisian skilled youths.
