The President, Kais Saied, received, today, May 5, 2022, at Carthage Palace, the Minister of National Defense, Imed Memmich, according to the Presidency of the Republic of Tunisia.

The President was briefed on the readiness of the military armed forces, and he stressed on their great role in protecting the country and preserving the state and civil peace.

The President of the Republic also mentioned the tremendous efforts made by the military armed forces in fulfilling their duty in securing the elections and the exams, helping citizens and confronting the Covid-19 pandemic.
