The Tunisian President receives an invitation from his Emirati counterpart
The Presidency of the Republic of Tunisia stated that the President Mr. Kais Saied received, this afternoon, Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the Carthage Palace, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Tunisia, Mrs. Iman Ahmed Al-Salami, who handed him a letter of invitation from the part of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan , to participate in the Global Climate Action Summit on December 1 and 2, 2023, which will represent the official launch of the 28th session of the parties to the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP 28), which will be held in the United Arab Emirates.
The President of the Republic welcomed this invitation and asked the ambassador to inform the Emirati leadership about Tunisia's keenness in making this event a success.
