The National Institute of Meteorology has stated that the weather for Wednesday, April 23, 2024, is expected to be cloudy in most regions, with some heavy clouds and scattered thunderous rains in the north and the south. Heavy rains are expected in the region of Sahel, with possible hail falling in some limited places.

Winds are forecast to be relatively strong near the coasts, in the highlands and in the south, with some local sand swirls, while the winds are relatively moderate to strong elsewhere.

The sea is expected to be very turbulent to rough in the north, and turbulent to locally very turbulent along the rest of the coasts.

Temperatures are expected to decrease especially in the north and the center, ranging between 13 and 17 degrees, around 10 degrees in the western highlands, and between 18 and 24 degrees in the south.
