The National Institute of Meteorology has stated that the weather for today, May 31, 2024, is expected to be generally sunny, becoming partly cloudy in most regions later in the afternoon, with local thunderstorms in the western regions that will spread to the eastern regions later.

Winds are forecasted to be weak to moderate, becoming strong near the eastern coasts and in the highlands. The sea is expected to be undulating to turbulent along the eastern coasts.

Extreme temperatures are expected to range between 28 and 33 degrees in the highlands and along the coasts, between 34 and 39 degrees elsewhere, and up to 41 degrees in the extreme south.
